Blue Top Digital Reprographics is managed by Karen Estes Mejia. Karen is a graduate of “The” University of Texas at Austin, having earned a degree in History. She attended high school in New Braunfels. Karen moved to Laredo with her previous job as an aide to Senator Judith Zaffirini, for whom she worked for 17 years. Karen remains actively engaged in the Laredo community. She serves as a lector at San Martin de Porres and is active in Communities in Schools, Voz de Niños, Laredo Theater Guild International, The Laredo Philharmonic Chorale, and The Laredo Texas Exes. Karen and Henry have three beautiful children Alejandro, Miguel, and Sarah.
